YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT
Former Suburban Philadelphia Woman Given Death Sentence in Florida

by John Pistorius

Convicted of crimes that stem from as far back as 1990, a former Pennsylvania resident has been sentenced to death. Convicted in Florida, the courts have ruled that this inmate cannot even be pardoned by the Governor. This is the first time in the history of the United States of America, land of the free and home of the brave, where someone has been convicted and sentenced to death for these crimes. Her defense attorneys and her parents have fought for many years to overturn this conviction. Right now, a judge has ordered a temporary stay in this heated, controversial case.

And what manner of death was prescribed to make this woman pay for her terrible crimes? Lethal injection? Firing squad? Electric chair? Starving? Guillotine? Hanging? Lynching? Burning at the stake? Dehydration? Being dragged through town by a chain hooked to an SUV? Or a combination of these?

For her crimes, she has been sentenced to death by starvation and dehydration, a most painful, extended manner of producing death. Millions are scheduled to watch her execution in the new public square; Television and Newspaper media. Someone is undoubtedly awaiting her execution in the hope of signing a made for TV movie deal. Talk of the big screen is probably in the works too. Millions of entertainment dollars hang in the balance in this landmark case. The movie folks want to beat the book writers to the punch. The TV producers are sure to reap huge profits on this one too. Someone has a New York Times best seller just waiting on the outcome of this execution. After all, this is America.

Pros and Cons
What has she been found guilty of? PVS. Three separate charges; Heinous, terrible crimes. Almost unspeakable. The jury, made up of mostly medical professionals, brought in the conviction: "persistent vegetative state." Guilty on all counts, evidenced by her inability to speak, inability to eat and inability to drink without assistance. Everyone is entitled to a jury of their peers. Her jury of PROS has spoken.

Her punishment must be severe. After all, she has arrogantly refused to speak in her own defense. The defense witnesses in this case are selfishly biased. They would benefit from her remaining alive because they are her parents. Therefore her sentence has been handed down and she has been condemned to a slow, painful death by starvation and dehydration.

The prosecution says, "Her life should end." and "Her parents do not deserve a say in their daughter's future." We have to put an end to this terrible waste of resources. PVS is getting out of control and must be stopped!

Her husband is leading the crusade against her. He’s taken up with another woman and sired children to prove his disassociation from this criminal. He wants no part of her and her crimes. He refuses to be a modern day "Clyde" to her "Bonnie." He has stated emphatically that he wants her dead. Can you blame him? He has had to deal with this career criminal for fifteen years. This will set the standard for ending PVS in this land. And we will all be safe from this terrible crime being perpetrated upon us.

How It Works
The death sentence will take a prolonged period of days or weeks. Starving and dehydration takes time. And her husband, the judges and self-proclaimed juries all over the world will have doled out their form of justice in this case. After all, we must make it prolonged and painful to keep society safe from those monstrous people who dare to commit these wretched crimes against humanity. In our new get-tough-on-crime stance, we need to send forth a message to would be evil-doers, if you commit PVS-you will be punished to death. Don’t even dare to pretend. Life in prison is not severe enough! We need to send a clear message regarding the seriousness of this crime.

No need to worry that her sentence might be doing her a favor. This gal is still very much alive. Her life is not being artificially sustained. Her heart pumps her blood through her body without assistance. Her lungs inhale and exhale without the help of a machine. However, like many of those people who sustain injuries or disease, she refuses to eat or drink without help. She insists on being fed through a tube. Her parents have fought to stop her execution, tying up the court in many ways. But the prosecution is pushing hard to stop this abuse of the court system. They want her dead. But to accomplish their goal, they need to pull her feeding tube. Apparently, some people still believe this inhumane manner of execution has no place in modern society. But times are changing, and time will tell.

The Defense
This young woman's parents believe their daughter deserves to live. They believe that she has not victimized anyone. Parents always believe that. She is already serving a life sentence. They have tried unsuccessfully to get her released into their custody where they believe they could convince her to eat with physical therapy. They believe she could someday be persuaded to swallow on her own. Getting her to swallow would enable her to eat and drink unassisted by this illegal device and thereby end her repulsive crime spree of living with a feeding tube.

Her husband, as her legal guardian, has fought against her parent’s attempts to release her into their custody and care. He has outright refused to permit therapy. Instead, he is demanding that she is punished with death by dehydration and starvation for her crime of living this abhorrent tracheotomy lifestyle. If this woman were to stop committing this outrageous crime of using a feeding tube, and at least eat and drink by mouth, she would be permitted to live.

Unprecedented Case
No one has ever received capital punishment by starvation and dehydration to death in the USA before now. If successful, prosecutors could use this precedent to terminate the lives of millions of the disabled who selfishly devour resources. In time, we could arrest the lives of those who commit the crime of RSF (requiring spoon-feeding) too.

The legal precedent set by this landmark case can be used to execute those persistent, non-productive people who dare to commit the vile crime of Elderly too. Why should society put up with this type of antisocial behavior? We are all at risk if the defense prevails and this woman goes unpunished for her blatent criminal activity. The costs are astronomical. We must put an end to these shocking illegal PVS deeds.

No matter how immobilized a person is, shouldn’t they be required to eat and drink to sustain themselves? This PVS crime must not go unpunished! Should it? Where are the moral and religious leaders on this matter? Can we get a voice from higher up to intervene and put an end to this debate once and for all? We need the Pope to make a statement.

Should This woman die for her horrible tracheotomy crimes? Or Live in the care of her parents?

Overcoming Objections
Fortunately for prosecutors and their supporters, this woman's parents have been ignored by the authorities regarding their concerns about the possibility of her husband strangling her before her heart stopped which lead to her brain injury. They can’t substantiate the allegations that he wanted her dead in 1990 because they were ignored from the beginning.

No one argues that he doesn't want her dead now. He has testified to his knowledge of her crimes and has even told everyone that she would want to die. Hey, let’s honor the wishes of the criminal here. He's doing everything in his power to make sure that her sentence is carried out. After all what if she became aware of herself and her surroundings like the woman who recently woke out of a twenty year PVS? That might change everything and blow the chances of the pending massive shift in execution policy.

More Pros and Cons
These crimes have spread in epidemic fashion. Those in favor of killing this gruesome Tracheotomy criminal say that she should die to stop her from Suffering. Everyone knows that Suffering is a lesser crime than refusing to eat or drink by mouth. However, if successful, the crime of Suffering will be punishable by death in the near future. Those who commit this vile crime seem to never get enough. Maybe we can finally put an end to the gluttonous crime of wallowing in Suffering.

Once they get a taste for it, they become addicted and must feed their addiction every day. Studies have shown that high percentages of children try Suffering at an early age. Teenagers are particularly adept at committing Brain Injury, PVS and Suffering. As adults, the ones who become addicted, become repeat offenders. Some get so absorbed in their lust for Suffering that they commit Suffering every waking moment. Often, those who get addicted to Suffering go on to commit the crime of Elderly. Very often, those who commit Elderly also commit the crime of Suffering.

Once this precedent is set, these flagrant criminals can be rapidly executed. This will act as a deterrent to others who might even think of trying Suffering. Anyone who thinks that they can get away with the crime of Fibromyalgia or the crime of Constant Pain (CP) will be put to death too. And it’s about time. Why should we have to put up with these CP criminals anymore?

Once this execution is finalized, the same argument can be held up for those who wish to end their lives because of emotional pain, mental instability or for those who commit the crime of Poor Quality of Life (PQOL.) Why do we stop those who have made it clear that they want to die anyway? This case can open the door to suicide being sanctioned. Face it, we need to take these tough measures to curb these terrible criminals from running wild on their crime sprees. The death sentence works. Once executed those criminals never perpetrate their crimes on society again.

Once we get the PVS, PQOL, Suffering and Suicide offenders out of our society, we can finally rid ourselves of those who dare to commit Homelessness. After the career Homeless are executed, we can punish those members of our society who believe it is Ok to commit No Medical Insurance (NMI.) Just think of the benefits to society once we get rid of these career criminals who steal resources from those of us who produce wealth. Systematically, we can execute those who even attempt to commit Poor and Uneducated (PU.) These PU crimes have gone unpunished for too long.

We have too many people committing PVS these days. We have too many people committing Suffering these days. We have an overabundance of people committing the crimes of PU and Homelessness. We have more and more people perpetrating NMI. We have millions of people perpetrating the crime of Disability upon our society. And even more committing the crime of PQOL. This is the land of abundance, we can't just let these offenders drain our wealth. Why should these criminals keep on plaguing our society? One thing for sure is that many people are in favor of executing them. No one can argue against that. The court of public opinion has spoken.

Starve A Fever?
This case is hot, really hot. During the last seven years, the defense has fought tooth and nail to save their daughter from her sentence. They have proved themselves to be passionately loyal, exhaustively committed parents.

Their undying commitment to their daughter is beyond question. But so what? Parents who love their kids don't let them die if they can help it, no matter what their crime is. They have persisted. They have cared without wavering.

So what? Many parents fight to keep their kids alive even when their children commit the atrocious crime of Disabled. Loving parents keep alive their kids who commit the vile crime of Suffering too. They feed them, change their diapers, bath them, and do everything within their power to keep them alive. Many of these parents are themselves violators. They openly commit the crime of Suffering and Elderly in many cases. Often these parents exhibit non-compliant behavior by fighting the authorities to have their loved ones transferred out of the nursing death camps. Look, these death camps were built to keep these filthy criminals out of society. Who in their right mind can argue against that?

The nursing death camp staff and management are required to ask the prisoners if they want to be released. Some argue that this questioning is cruel and unusual punishment because little hope exists for their release. Chances are, they will die in the nursing camp. Is it any wonder that the majority of the prisoners say they want to be released? This should have no bearing on the case, right?

These nursing death camps are fully funded by our tax dollars to protect us from these criminals. They die for their crimes against humanity. That’s why we have funded the use of tools like pneumonia to terminate this population. That way we can rest assured that they have really received the punishment that they deserve. They get to slowly drown on the fluids that accumulate in their lungs. They get to die the way that they lived-Suffering. And justice is served.

The Feeble Cry
These parents have cried out to the world for help for their daughter. The world has responded in a sharply divided fashion. Those right-to-life extremists, believing all life is a sacred gift, keep messing things up for the rest of the world. Even though the parents have shown their unending love for their daughter, why should that affect the outcome of this trial? Even though they have dedicated their lives and resources to caring for their daughter, why should we let her off the hook for committing PVS and Trach crimes against society?

Cancelling her execution would make it more difficult for us to execute these brazen menaces to society. The next thing you know, we will not be able to execute those who commit Disability. And then those people who have the audacity to commit the crime of Elderly will be more difficult to prosecute. If the prosecution losses this case, the next thing you know, those criminals in nursing death camps will find it to be easier to get released. Who wants those who commit Disability, Suffering and Elderly living among us in the general population?

Does society need to permit this execution in the name of keeping us safe from "those" brain damaged, and those suffering, and those disabled, and those homeless, and those poor and those uneducated and those uninsured and those elderly? What do you think?

Remember: You have the right to remain silent.

And anything you DON’T say, can and will be used against you in a court of law.
